Are you curious to find out where ideas come from? Here are the steps in the development process from idea submission to completed resource.

• Step One: Pastors and lay leaders can submit their ideas on this website or phone directly to the associate director, Dave Gemmell.

• Step Two: Dave Gemmell will help submitters flesh out their idea so that it can be presented to the CRC principals.

• Step Three: CRC principals meet several times a year to prioritize the ideas that have been submitted.

• Step Four: Contract Specifications are unique for every project. Contact Dave Gemmell if you would like to directly inquire about a particular project.
• Step Five: CRC Principals are scheduled to meet monthly to approve of contract submissions.  
• Step Six: You are contacted by Dave Gemmell and a production schedule is set up.
